MR. CHRISTOPHER DARCY, CPP

Mr. Christopher Darcy, former undersheriff of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, is the founder and principal of Fairfax Consulting Group, LLC. There, he leverages three decades of executive law enforcement experience to architect comprehensive security and police practice solutions nationwide. As undersheriff, he directed operations for a 5,700-member organization with a $1.2 billion budget, implementing strategic oversight of law enforcement operations and detention center management. This executive experience provides the foundation for his current role, in which he delivers enterprise-level consulting services across multiple jurisdictions.

In his current capacity as Use of Force Monitor for the Albuquerque Police Department, Mr. Darcy oversees strategic reform initiatives that focus on the use-of-force protocols, critical incident review, and tactical operations. His evidence-based methodology and systematic analysis have strengthened departmental compliance and operational effectiveness of police practices. Additionally, as a security consultant with Fiore Industries Inc., he architects enterprise security frameworks and directs operational improvements.

Mr. Darcy’s command experience encompasses data-driven deployment strategies and organizational transformation. While serving as Deputy Chief of the Investigative Services Division and Commander of the Northeast Area Command, he instituted comprehensive policing strategies that measurably enhanced operational effectiveness and community engagement. His consulting portfolio extends to specialized services for multiple entities. Mr. Darcy also provides expert witness consulting for plaintiff and defense firms engaged in litigation concerning police practices and security protocols.

An ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Mr. Darcy holds a Master of Arts in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and completed the Executive Leadership Development Course at The Aspen Institute. This specialized training in leadership and organizational values directly informs his current work, which involves developing strategic solutions to modern law enforcement challenges.
